Double-twisted hexagonal mesh boxes filled with stone — flexible, free-draining and built to hold back earth and water where rigid concrete cracks. Available in GI and PVC-coated wire.
A gabion box is a rectangular cage woven from double-twisted hexagonal wire mesh and packed on site with hard, durable stone. Because the mesh is twisted rather than welded, a single broken wire will not unravel the panel — load keeps distributing across the whole structure.
The result is a gravity retaining structure that drains freely, tolerates settlement without cracking, and grows stronger over time as silt and vegetation bind the fill together.

We manufacture to your project's drawing and governing standard. Typical parameters we supply against:
| Parameter | Available options |
|---|---|
| Mesh type | Hexagonal double-twisted, machine woven |
| Wire coating | Heavily galvanized (GI) or PVC coated over GI |
| Box dimensions | Manufactured to project requirement (length × width × height) |
| Diaphragms | Internal diaphragms fitted to retain shape under fill |
| Selvedge / edge wire | Heavier gauge than mesh wire, mechanically bound |
| Stone fill | Hard, durable stone, sized larger than the mesh aperture |
| Raw material | Procured to ISI standards from verified manufacturers |
| Quality system | ISO 9001:2015 certified (Cert. No. 305024011282Q) |
From Brahmaputra river training to hillside terraces — the same box, engineered for the job.
Gabions act as soil stabilizers around bridges, bridge piers and abutment slopes. As flexible double-layer wire mesh systems anchored at the top and bottom of a steep slope, they stop soil movement caused by heavy rain and man-made disturbance.
Gabion boxes help manage the Brahmaputra River by controlling erosion, stabilizing banks and mitigating floods. They guide the river's flow, manage sediment and reinforce embankments. Cost-effective and eco-friendly, gabions blend with nature, support vegetation growth and protect nearby communities and infrastructure.
Gabion check dams are a great choice when protecting against flooding, soil erosion and stormwater runoff. We have seen gabion check dams provide significant, reliable benefits to water conservation in all types of environments — an effective and low-maintenance option.
Channel lining with gabions has many benefits over concrete linings. It offers excellent resistance to weed growth, making it much easier to maintain over the years. The flexibility of channel lining makes it easier to apply for both erosion control and drainage applications, and much less material is needed compared with concrete channels.
Retaining walls hold back soil, preventing erosion and managing slopes. They stabilize uneven terrain, protect infrastructure and create usable land in hilly areas. Built from gabions, they resist lateral pressure, are durable, and can be designed for both drainage performance and landscaping aesthetics.
Designed to cover unstable rock faces, our steel netting and drapery systems prevent loose rocks from falling onto roads and infrastructure. By securing rocks in place they provide reliable, low-maintenance protection in rockslide-prone areas.
Geo-textile filter fabric is always placed underneath the gabion or mattress slope protection to prevent loss of soil during drainage. Water can drain through freely, but soil particles cannot move through the fabric.
Our retaining walls and gabion structures combine functionality with aesthetics — ideal for terraces, slope management or visual appeal. Durable, eco-friendly and supportive of plant growth, they prevent soil erosion and stabilize terrain.
