Shipping and delivery
- Made to order. Standard sizes are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days of order confirmation; large or special orders as stated in the quotation.
- Dispatch from our works at Ethelbari (Alipurduar, West Bengal) or Jangalpur (Howrah, West Bengal).
- Delivery by road anywhere in India, and to Bhutan and Nepal. Export by sea or road on request.
- Freight is extra. Prices shown on this website are ex-works, including GST. Freight to your site is quoted with the order, based on weight and destination. You may also collect from our works.
- Transit time is usually 2–7 days within North East India and West Bengal, longer for other states.
Inspection on delivery
- Each lot comes with a test certificate. Please check quantity and condition when the truck arrives.
- Note any shortage or visible damage on the lorry receipt / delivery challan and tell us within 7 days with photos.
Returns, replacements and refunds
- Because our products are made to your order and size, they cannot be returned for change of mind.
- If material is defective, damaged in transit, short-supplied or not as ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a credit/refund for the affected quantity after checking the photos (and, if needed, a sample).
- Refunds are paid to the original payment account within 15 days of approval.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
