The terms that apply when you use the Agarwal Gabion Industries website.
agarwalgabions.com is operated by Agarwal Gabion Industries, 52, Zakaria Street, Bara Bazar, CR Avenue, Kolkata – 700073, West Bengal, India. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Product descriptions, specifications, sizes, tolerances and photographs on this website are for general information. Specifications may be updated and products are made to order, so the details that apply to your purchase are the ones confirmed in our written quotation or order confirmation.
References to Indian and international standards are given as a guide. Where a standard or tender clause governs your project, the standard itself prevails.
Application notes, rules of thumb and design figures on this site are indicative and drawn from published guidelines. They are not a substitute for a site-specific design. Every structure should be designed and checked by a qualified engineer, and we accept no responsibility for structures designed or built on the basis of this general information alone.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices, lead times, delivery terms and payment terms are set out in our quotation and apply only once an order is accepted in writing. Our quotation and order terms take precedence over anything on this website.
The text, drawings, logo and design of this website belong to Agarwal Gabion Industries unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Some photographs are used under licence or with the permission of their owners, and are credited where the licence requires; those remain the property of their owners. Photographs described as illustrative are examples of the product type and are not necessarily our projects.
This site links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our brochure on Google Drive. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations under a contract you have with us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: agarwalgabions@gmail.com. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Tell us your dimensions, wire specification and quantity — we'll come back with a quotation and lead time.
